Why this program
The implant is not the target. The restoration, the tissue and long-term function are.
Every step is digital and guided, and it is taught by the co-founder of Surgical Guide Bros, the team that has designed 1,595 surgical guides for clinicians in 12 countries. He has seen where plans usually fail, and teaches you to catch it before the guide is printed.
It is a small group on purpose. People feel heard and can ask the simple questions they would never ask in a lecture hall. Less content, more depth, kept practical.
The four sessions
Five steps, taught in the order of a real case
Three live modules, then one session where every participant’s case is planned. Each module carries one or two of his five steps.
Plan the Restoration
Face-driven smile design, tooth position before implant position, FP1, FP2, FP3. Then the digital diagnosis: CBCT, IOS and facial data; depth, spacing, angulation, platform and component selection. In SmileCloud, and how the plan transfers to the planning software.
Guide the Surgery
How a plan becomes a guide and how the guide is used: tooth-, mucosa- or bone-supported, sleeve position and offset, stackable and full-arch workflows, what changes against freehand, what makes a guide slip. What a dentist needs to brief a lab properly.
Guide the Biology
Bone and soft-tissue phenotype, emergence profile and EBC zones, grafting, socket seal, immediacy. Then execution: guided osteotomy and placement, photogrammetry, immediate provisionalization, and how to verify position, angulation, depth and occlusion.
Your Case
Every participant’s real case, planned in Bobi’s CoDiagnostiX and discussed in the group. Up to eight people, so all cases fit in one session.
All sessions 20:00 Sofia time (19:00 CET), 90 minutes, on Zoom, recorded. The case session can run up to two hours.
Your own case
Your case, planned together with Bobi.
You bring one real case after module one. Once the basics are in place, Bobi plans it with you in CoDiagnostiX and shows the group how the guide for it is designed. All of that is included. If you want the guide itself, Surgical Guide Bros make it for you at cost.
If the one-week CoDiagnostiX demo is available, you plan in the week before and Bobi reviews; if not, he plans it with you live.
Homework
Kept light, and all on one case
Each step builds the same case, so by the end you have done the whole workflow once on your own patient.
After module 1
Submit one real case: photos, CBCT, IOS. Set the tooth position in SmileCloud.

Write the tissue decision for your case in three lines. With the demo, plan the implant.

When are the sessions?
Four Tuesdays, 3, 10, 17 and 24 November 2026, at 20:00 Sofia time (19:00 CET). Each is 90 minutes on Zoom; the case session can run up to two hours.
What if I miss one?
Every session is recorded, with a summary, and stays in your program on the label. The case session is the one to keep free: your case is discussed in it.
What do I need for my case?
One real case with photos, a CBCT and an intraoral scan. You set the tooth position in SmileCloud after module one; the rest builds on that.
Is the surgical guide included?
Planning your case with Bobi and seeing how its guide is designed are part of the program. The printed guide is optional: if you want it, Surgical Guide Bros make it for you at cost.
Why only eight seats?
Eight people is what lets every case be planned and heard in one session. When the eight are taken, the waitlist hears first about the next group.
Is there anything after the program?
A certificate, alumni access on the label, and a partner price on SGB guides. Later levels follow: full arches and stackable guides in 2027, guided prosthodontics after that.
