When you visit

The label sets two cookies of its own. One is a random id for your browser, kept for a year, so the pages you looked at before buying can be tied to what you bought. The other remembers how you first arrived (the campaign in the link, the page you landed on, the site that sent you), kept for thirty days and never overwritten. Neither carries your name. If you arrive through an expert's link, a third cookie remembers that link for thirty days, so the expert is credited when you join alumni.

Page views are counted by Vercel Analytics, which sets no cookie and keeps no id.

Only if you say yes

Meta's and Google's measurement scripts load only after you choose "Accept all" on the cookie line. They are told that a purchase happened, its amount and the seat, never your name or your email. Choose "Only necessary" and they never load. You can change your mind by clearing the site's cookies.

When you buy

The buy form asks for your name, your email, your country and, for a practice, the company, its address and its OIB or VAT number. They go on the purchase, on the invoice, and on your seat. Your email is how you sign in. A card is taken by Stripe inside the page and never reaches the label. The purchase carries the two cookies above, so the label knows which page and which campaign brought a sale.

When you write to an expert, or join a waitlist

The contact form on an expert's page keeps your name, your email, your clinic and location if you give them, your message and the page you wrote from. A program's waitlist keeps your name, your email, your phone if you give it, the levels, payment methods and role you tick, the program, and the page that first brought you to the site. They are kept so that you can be answered, and so that the people on a waitlist hear first when dates are set. The label's admins read each one in the back office, and so does the expert, on their own page, once they have an account here. The contact form mails you nothing. A waitlist signup is also sent to MailerLite, which writes to the people on a waitlist for the label; the address you give is used for nothing else.

So that a script cannot flood either form, a keyed fingerprint of your email and of your network address is counted for a while, never the address itself.
